We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.


Returns & Exchange Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange.


You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us regarding a return or exchange.


To be eligible, your item must:


  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition received
  • Original tags attached.
  • Original packaging, if applicable
  • Receipt or proof of purchase


To begin a return or exchange, contact us at DSDivaVIP@gmail.com or visit us in-store.


If your purchase was shipped, the item must be mailed back to our store within the 30-day return window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or process an equal exchange, provided all return requirements have been met.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


Please keep:


  • All original packaging
  • Shipping boxes
  • Any broken or damaged pieces


Dime Store Diva will file the shipping claim when applicable and will either:


  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Issue store credit.


If the exact item is no longer available, we’ll gladly offer a comparable replacement with your approval.


Please note:

We are unable to process claims for damaged merchandise reported more than 72 hours after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Perishable goods
  • Special orders
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • “Last Call” merchandise
  • Gift cards
